Deanna has been in the industry for over 14 years. Recently she represented the new development Tempo in Gramercy North, this 98 unit glass luxury tower was developed by the Menolly Group and hit record breaking prices. She was a vital part of this new construction including but not limited to pricing, unit mix, floor plan layout, marketing, and choices of finishes and amenities.

Deanna is also highly focused on individual resales and is comfortable transacting in any neighborhood, past sales include both condominium and cooperative units as well as townhouses throughout the city. She is hands on with her clients from the first showing to the final closing and makes even the most nervous buyer feel relaxed.

Deanna began her career at Brown Harris Stevens working with two top brokers who were often referred to as the ultimate team in the New York real estate market. They concentrated on both residential and commercial transactions, including the sale of condominiums, cooperatives, townhouses, and bulk condominium deals.

Deanna possesses exceptional financial skills gained through more than ten years in the financial world. Before her real estate career she was a financial analyst for a prestigious magazine family, worked for the Department of Defense at the naval hospital in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and she also traveled around the country auditing properties for a top hotel company. The experience gained through these positions has been extremely valuable in her real estate career. Energetic, honest, and detail oriented her clients say she is a pleasure to work with and the ultimate professional.

Deanna holds a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University and, in her leisure time enjoys horseback riding, pilates, cooking, and her home in East Hampton.
